Doug Hoselton is the owner of  Hoselton & Associates, LLC, an authorized franchisee of Sandler Training in Seattle, Washington.  We offer public and customized private in-house sales training and sales management training at our center in downtown Seattle or at your location.   

Doug has twenty years experience in sales, sales management and business leadership, and he brings a deep passion for and understanding of the importance of behavior, attitude and techniques in the selling system process.   His background includes working with Fortune 100 companies such as:  EDS, Merck, Capgemini (formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young), and CSC as well as 4 start-up ventures.  Doug sold and delivered large complex Information Technology and Management Consulting projects to 100’s of companies around the world, and across a variety of industries.  Local companies include Boeing, Starbucks, A&T Wireless, Nike, StanCorp, Amazon.com, Goodrich Aviation and Weyerhaeuser.   Doug is a serial investor for locally based startups which gives him a unique no-nonsense perspective on the health and strategies of his clients.

Doug has performed both on stage and in film.  He studied improvisation comedy at the Second City Conservatory in Chicago and dramatic acting at Portland’s Actors Conservatory in Portland, and is currently studying and performing Standup Comedy which brings a unique flare to his training style.
